At Flowers Nursery we guarantee you plant to be true to name unless otherwise stated. At times we have plants that the tags get lost to so we will sell those plants under lost tags and give you a basic description of what it is, for instance we may have say 4oclocks but not sure which variety it is but you could still purchase it. We only list those under lost tags. Everything else we sell will be true to name.
We guarantee your plant to leave Flowers Nursery in the best health and disease free as possible. We only ship the best plants we have available. Flowers Nursery is not responsible for what may occur once it leaves our hands (postal service delays, owner not taking care of plant, planting in wrong environment, plants not adaptable to your zone, etc).
However if you feel you got a plant that was not of good quality please contact us immediately upon receiving, don't throw away the plant, take a photo of it and how you received it. If upon realizing it was a fault cause by Flowers Nursery we will replace the plant free of charge or refund your full payment.
